2. The Language of the Heart (Communication)
No more "guessing" or "hinting." We work on practical frameworks to help you speak your truth to your partner, your children, and your extended family with clarity and empathy—reducing conflicts before they start.
3. The Balancing Act (Boundaries)
Mothering often feels like being pulled in four directions. We perform "Boundary Audits" to help you allocate your energy effectively. Learn to say "no" to external pressure so you can say "yes" to your own peace.
4. Weathering the Emotional Storm
Guilt, rage, and overwhelm are real. Instead of suppressing them, we use Emotional Mapping to understand what these feelings are trying to tell you. You’ll gain tools to manage your triggers in the heat of the moment.
5. Your "Someday" is Now
What is the one thing you’ve been putting off? A business idea? A fitness goal? A creative project? I will be your accountability partner for the year to ensure that your personal goals don't stay on the back burner.

The "Sakhi" Touch (Daily Support): You aren't left alone between sessions. You will receive a daily personalized reminder via text or email to keep your focus sharp and your heart encouraged.
